Founded by Yossi Yodfat in Kfar Chlil, not far from Mivtsar Yechiam (the Fortress built at Yechiam Fortress by the Crusaders), in the Western Galilee in 2006, the winery relies largely on  Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Carignan grapes. 

Current production is about 4,500 bottles annually.
